About me
Hi, I'm Amy
Coach. Yoga teacher. Human navigating change, just like you.

I support people who are ready for real change and want to live a life that’s fully theirs. My work blends transformative coaching with somatic release, Yin yoga and breathwork so mind and body move together. The aim is simple: take back the reins and live fully as yourself.
When we hide parts of ourselves, the body lets us know.
Nothing is wrong with you. Your body and unconscious patterns are trying to keep you safe. We work with them, not against it.
My goal is for you to feel whole, accepted and safe enough to act on what you want. Together we release what’s holding you back, build the capacity to hold the new you and turn intention into movement so you can create life on your terms.
My coaching style is grounded, warm and direct. I’ll give you space to breathe, ask the things you might not have said out loud before, and walk alongside you as you find new ways of living and working that feel like you.
My story
I’m from the UK. I moved to Australia and spent close to a decade in recruitment and people and culture. Before Covid I was experiencing anxiety and low mood every day. When lockdown hit and I was living alone, it escalated. I felt lost and unrooted, I didn't recognise the person I had shrunk to. At work it showed up as crippling impostor syndrome. Any time senior management put a meeting in my diary my stomach dropped, heat and anxiety ran through my body, and my mind went straight to: they've realised they made a mistake hiring me, I'm clearly not good enough, they've found someone who can actually do this job. It fuelled the anxiety and low mood even more. I know now I was in dorsal vagal shutdown, a protective state of the nervous system. Your system hits the brakes to keep you safe. You go flat, you pull back from people, and even small tasks feel impossible. That shutdown fed the impostor loop, and the loop fed the shutdown. For years I loved healing and inner work. I explored Reiki, meditation, retreats and different styles of yoga, including Yin. That exploration became an anchor. Yin was gentle and powerful. When I worked with my body, my mind softened and I found I could choose differently. I made the tough decision to leave Australia and return to the UK. I left a six-figure role because I wanted to transform people's lives directly and leave a positive mark in this life. I retrained as a coach and completed my yoga teacher training. There was no grand plan. I had a strong sense I was on the right path and I chose to trust it. In 2024, I moved to a small fishing town in Egypt (didn't see that coming!). I already enjoyed freediving and I came for the sea. My body kept telling me to stay, so I did. I feel more at peace here, I don't know how else to describe it. I started my business and I feel a deep trust that I am on the path I'm meant to be on, even if old thoughts visit now and then. What genuinely helped me was working with both my mind and my body. Coaching helped me understand what was driving me underneath the surface. Yin and somatic work helped my body release what it had been holding. That combination is what made change feel possible. If you had told the Amy grabbing an oat flat white in Bondi before a coastal walk that she would soon live by the Red Sea in a fishing town, running an online business and teaching yoga, she would have asked two things. How the hell do we get on that path? How does that even happen?
What guides me
Sovereignty
I’ve learned to trust my own inner authority, especially when I’ve been standing at the edge of change and outside voices were loud.
That doesn’t mean doing things alone or without support.
It means learning how to hear what’s true for you beneath the noise.
In my work, I don’t take the wheel away from you.
I help you build the internal capacity to listen to yourself more clearly, stay connected to your own agency, and lead your life with confidence and self-trust.
Compassion
I’ve learned to meet the harder parts of myself with compassion.
The anxious parts. The parts that hesitate, pull back, or feel overwhelmed.
I know what it’s like to be on the other side of that, when you’re judging yourself or pushing yourself to be different. That never helped me. It only made things heavier.
In my work, that means I won’t rush you or judge where you are.
We work with what’s here, gently and honestly, without pressure to be anything other than you are.
Curiosity
I’m naturally curious about life.
It’s what’s led me to travel, live in different countries, explore other cultures and belief systems, retrain, change direction, and try things I never expected to be doing.
When something pulls me, I tend to follow it and see where it leads, even when there isn’t a clear plan.
In my work, that same curiosity means we don’t rush to answers.
We stay open to what’s actually happening underneath, and let new possibilities reveal themselves over time.

Before this work, I spent over a decade in recruitment, leadership and people and culture.
That meant working closely with individuals and leaders during periods of uncertainty, decision-making, identity change, and professional transition. Supporting people through difficult conversations, high-stakes choices, and moments where confidence, direction, and self-trust were being tested.
I’ve been where you are.
Ready for change, but not yet able to make it real.
I now share the mind–body work that helped me move, so change becomes something you can actually live, not just think about.
