Self‑paced • Available from 27 Oct • £21

Why a bottom‑up (somatic) approach?
Most people try to think their way into confidence. It’s why it doesn’t last.
Confidence lives in the body - in how safe you feel, how you breathe, and how you move.
Somatic work builds confidence that sticks because:

-
Safety first. When your nervous system feels safe, your body says “it’s okay to be seen,” and action feels doable.
-
State before story. Shifting your physical state (breath, posture, tension) quiets the mind so new, supportive thoughts can land.
-
Repetition rewires. Small, consistent practices teach your body a new baseline of self‑trust.

This isn't about forcing positivity. It’s about training your body to feel confident and letting your mind follow.

FAQS
When does it start and how do I access it?
Content is available from 27 Oct. It’s self‑paced: start then or later. Emails arrive daily (except integration day), and you can access the videos any time.
What is somatic work?
Somatic work uses body‑based practices (breath, posture, gentle movement, interoceptive awareness) to change your nervous system state so confidence is easier to feel and act on. Rather than only talking about confidence, we help your body experience safety, presence and agency... then the mind follows.
I’ve tried mindset work. How is this different?
Top‑down tools aim to change thoughts. Somatic (bottom‑up) tools first change state-shifting activity in the autonomic nervous system (e.g., moving from fight/flight to a more regulated state). Practices that lengthen exhale, orient the senses, or adjust posture can increase parasympathetic/vagal activity and reduce threat signals. Once the body is calmer, the brain’s prefrontal networks responsible for planning and language come back online, so mindset reframes actually stick. Repetition builds neuroplasticity (new, easier pathways to self‑trust).
Is there yoga in this?
Some sessions are Yin‑inspired (slow, floor‑based), but the focus is somatic regulation, not yoga performance. Everything is beginner‑friendly and adaptable.
What exactly do I receive?
For 21 days you’ll get 6 emails/week, each with a short video from Amy: 4 somatic practices/tools and 2 mindset tools, themed to the week (Rooted → Power → Voice). You keep lifetime access to all videos.
Do I need equipment or prior experience?
No equipment, and no experience required. A mat/blanket and quiet corner help.
Results disclaimer
Somatic practices are evidence‑informed, but everyone’s history and context differ. Consistency matters - small, repeatable steps are what create durable change.
How much time per day?
Around 10–15 minutes.
Why are more people turning to somatic practices?
Because mindset alone can leave people knowing what to do but still feeling stuck. Somatic tools address stress physiology (tension, breath patterns, heart rate, gut churn) and teach your body how to come back to regulation. When the body is regulated, confidence and clear thinking return. It’s practical, time‑efficient and works alongside coaching or therapy.
Is this therapy or a replacement for medical/mental‑health care?
No. This program offers educational mind‑body practices and coaching tools. It’s not a substitute for therapy or medical care. Many participants do this alongside therapy or coaching -use your judgment and consult your provider if needed.
Will this help with real‑life confidence (public speaking, boundaries, visibility)?
Yes. Each week includes practices and prompts to apply in life - before a meeting, conversation, date, or post. You’ll build quick "in‑the‑moment" resets plus longer practices that raise your baseline.
I feel anxious / stressed a lot. Is this for me?
Absolutely. You’ll learn gentle tools to down‑shift activation and come back to a steadier state. Always work within your window of tolerance and skip/modify anything that doesn’t feel right.
Can I do this with therapy/coaching?
Yes, somatic skills pair well with talk‑based work. Use what you learn here between sessions to reinforce change.
