Which type of imposter syndrome is showing up for you?
Imposter syndrome is that quiet feeling of being a fraud who’s about to be found out, even when the evidence says you’re good at what you do. (And you are good at what you do. That’s rather the point.)
It doesn’t show up the same way for everyone. For some people it’s perfectionism. For others it’s overworking, going it alone, endless preparing, or never feeling quite ready to start.
